About The Role: Max People is seeking an experienced Drainage Foreperson to lead a high-profile drainage project in Christchurch. The project includes over 2km of deep drainage and a million-dollar pump station. Your leadership will be essential in delivering quality results on schedule.
Wages: $36.00-$40.00 per hour (negotiable) or salaried package available

What You Will Be Doing:
* Managing deep drainage crews and site productivity
* Coordinating with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors
* Ensuring H&S compliance and maintaining documentation
* Problem-solving in wet and complex ground conditions
What We Require:
* 5+ years of drainage and leadership experience
* Proven ability to lead teams and manage ground crews
* Knowledge of trenching, pipework, shoring, and safety regulations
* Strong planning, communication, and record-keeping skills
* Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe certification (assistance available)
* Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing
