Your Role
 * Solutions Design – Lead the end‑to‑end design of AI‑driven business solutions using Microsoft technologies, translate business challenges into scalable, secure and high‑performing solutions, collaborate with clients, delivery teams and Microsoft to define solution roadmaps and strategies, ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance and security standards.
 * Product Leadership – Act as a subject matter expert on Microsoft AI capabilities, guide clients in selecting and adopting the right Microsoft AI tools, stay ahead of Microsoft product updates, lead product demos and workshops, serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, support pre‑sales activities, oversee delivery quality, and mentor junior consultants.
 * Operational Excellence – Demonstrate passion for high‑quality solutions, maintain capacity and skills, contribute to practice development, complete operational tasks accurately, and advocate growth of the Microsoft practice.
Your Profile
 * 8+ years of experience in consulting, product or technical Microsoft advisory.
 * Proven experience designing and delivering Microsoft‑based AI or data solutions.
 * Strong understanding of Azure AI services, Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot.
 * Excellent communication and consulting skills, bridging business and technical domains.
 * Functional expertise in Microsoft technologies, business processes and cloud deployment.
 * Innovation mindset and ability to craft solutions for complex challenges.
 * Leadership experience managing client and partner relationships and mentoring teams.
 * Professional degree (MSc, MBA or PhD) and Microsoft certifications highly desirable.
 * UK government security clearance (SC) preferred.
