Job Description
Our Clients in Stratford upon Avon are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery manager to support their Term Time Nursery setting, working monday to friday 38 hour week Term Time only. Salary is c£25k depending on experience

Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire, energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
