Autobits Motorstore is seeking a highly motivated and professional Sales Parts Advisor to join our expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong sales experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to work in a fast paced and customer focused environment.
About the Role
* As a Sales Advisor, you will build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
* Sell a wide range of motor components tailored to customer needs
* Handle customer queries over the phone and instore with professionalism
* Locate unavailable items from suppliers and arrange delivery
* Ensure accurate processing of customer orders, invoicing and keeping customers informed of their orders.
* Keep accurate records for all business transactions, parts orders and cash handling
We are looking for someone who is:
* Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and confident in communication
* Previous motor trade sales experience would be an advantage
* Experienced in sales with the ability to meet and exceed targets
* Strong knowledge of motor components or the ability and willingness to learn
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Confident sales ability with strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Highly organised and methodical, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
* Must have cash handling and IT literate

Monday to Friday 08.30-17.30
Saturday 09.00-13.00 (on a rotational basis)
