Position: Senior Planner (Data Centres)
Salary/Package: €75K – 85K (Per Annum)

Overview

Key Role Deliverables
* Assist other planners in the team on their projects, providing planning support and mentoring them
* Ensure proper integration of design and procurement elements of programmes with construction phases
* Produce integrated tender programmes and present proposals to settlement meeting
* Change management: review programme impact of changes and advise on EOT requirements
* Produce schedules as well as obtain approvals from clients for both programmes and EoTs
* Accountability for the most complex, largest or several significant projects and manage all to a successful conclusion with minimal supervision, this may involve supervising other Planners
* Setting up appropriate lean visual programme to assist the Project Team to timely deliver projects and improve productivity, performance and safety of projects
* Any other reasonable requests as required by Management
Minimum Qualifications/Experience
* Post degree / relevant technical experience in major construction projects.
* Operational experience (i.e. site engineer/agent) together with significant experience of planning services in medium to large projects in UK or Europe
* Good customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
* Must be able to own and present the “Plan” at all levels within the organisation structure
* Demonstrable capability and proven skills in the use of planning products (e.g. Primavera Project Management, Microsoft Project, Asta), TiLoS, Synchro etc
* Understand and utilise Critical Path Analysis, Earned Value Techniques, and “Extension of Time” analysis techniques
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage a large workload and prioritise tasks
