Overview Of Role We are looking for a motivated Senior Account Manager to join our team. This is a full-time role offering the opportunity to make a real impact and grow within our business. Whilst the initial contract is linked to a colleague’s maternity leave, there is potential for the position to become permanent for the right candidate. This role will be a varied role and will suit a confident all-rounder who understands the creative process and has relevant end to end production experience. This is a hybrid production and creative account handling role, client facing, client focused – not your usual SAM position. Supporting the senior team the successful candidate will show good client leadership skills; be confident in the end-to-end creative process, be able to confidently plan and lead production of photographic shoots, ranging from small productions to larger scale full campaign shoots. Additionally, you will need to confidently manage projects through to delivery and meet tight deadlines. To apply for this role, you must have a valid driving license and permanent access to your own vehicle Key Responsibilities Managing client creative projects; ensuring that client and internal stakeholders are informed on progress throughout. Work alongside the creative, copy and strategy teams internally at L&B. Lead day to day creative delivery on multiple campaigns meeting all deadlines’ ensuring output is always to a high standard. Supporting senior client services team with strategic planning and client development opportunities. Working closely with production and a photographic art director to deliver photographic output to a consistently high standard. This includes managing pre-production, on set days and post-production. Skills And Experience Agency account handling experience 5 years Photographic end to end production experience, including food photography An understanding or previous experience of retail marketing Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects Lead and mentor more junior members of the team and liaise with all stakeholders Maintain and build strong client and supplier relationships Be a problem solver/solution focussed confident individual and have the ability to be agile and flex as required in a fast-paced retail marketing environment.
