Key Responsibilities EHCP Support: Work 1:1 or in small groups with students who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), ensuring their specific learning goals are met. Classroom Assistance: Support the lead teacher in managing classroom behaviour and preparing learning materials. Inclusion: Help students with additional needs (SEND) feel included and empowered within a mainstream secondary environment. Progress Tracking: Help monitor the social and academic development of pupils, providing feedback to the SENCO.
