Main Purpose: Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with acquired brain injury (ABI). Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards, drive service development and business growth, and uphold values and strategic aims. Key Responsibilities: * Provide professional leadership and operational management across the service. * Oversee budgets, staffing, recruitment, and compliance with all statutory requirements. * Drive quality improvement and ensure the delivery of person-centred care. * Develop and implement annual business and service development plans. * Ensure effective safeguarding, health, and wellbeing practices. * Support and supervise staff to maintain high standards and morale.
