We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Property Viewing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting property viewings, engaging with prospective tenants or buyers, and ensuring a positive and informative experience for all clients. This is a client-customer facing role that requires excellent communication and people skills, as well as a keen eye for property details and property knowledge (desirable).
This role is Part Time working on Saturdays (8 hrs), at least 3/4 weeks, there is the potential to work up to 2 more days a week (optional). You must be able to drive and have access to a car, preferably you live in or around Bedford, with knowledge of the local area and streets. Key Responsibilities:
Meet and greet clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the viewing process.
Conduct in-person property viewings for prospective buyers.
Present properties in the best possible light, highlighting key features and answering questions.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding property specifications, availability, and pricing.
Gather and relay client feedback to the sales or lettings team.
Coordinate viewing schedules and ensure properties are ready and presentable before each appointment.
Maintain records of viewings and client interactions using internal systems.
Stay informed about local property market trends and company listings.

Requirements:
Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is necessary (required for travel between properties).
At least 3 years previous experience working in either customer service, admin, sales, office role, marketing, or property
Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends if needed.
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.)
Preferred but not essential – ideally lives in Bedford
Local knowledge of Bedford area / streets
Preferred but not essential – previously worked in Estate Agent or Property services
Role details:
Part-time (Saturdays), more days may be available (Monday & Fridays) to provide cover if required / depending on business needs.
Hours: 9:00 -17:00 (must be able to work 3 x Saturdays a month) may be available
Must be able to drive / have own car
Travel between property locations is required
Pay: £15 per hour (dependent on experience)

Primarily field-based with some office or remote administrative duties.
