Essential
* Teaching Spanish to GSCE
* Excellent classroom management skills
* Ability to deliver outstanding teaching and learning within MFL
* Excellent personal organisational skills
* Fluent communicator
* Ability to use ICT for teaching and learning and in the tracking and monitoring of student learning
* Understanding of the issues surrounding the safeguarding of children and a commitment to child welfare and safety
Desirable
* Experience of intervention processes to raise achievement
* Knowledge of recent curriculum development
* Experience of applying Rosenshine’s Principles of Instruction
