Your role as New Homes Sales Negotiator is essential within the Land and New Homes Division. You will be the 'face' of Land and New Homes within the Felicity J Lord Division's development sites. On a daily basis, you will register new applicants, book and conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between applicants. Your role is vital to the business, aiding the growth of your area through canvassing, prospecting and obtaining referrals. Much of this role will involve recommending our array of services and ensuring that our customers are kept as part of the "Spicerhaart family", too. What you'll be doing as a New Homes Sales Negotiator for Felicity J. Lord in Canary Wharf Responsible for promoting and subsequently selling a new home to a client, whilst building and maintaining a close relationship with them through o exchange and completion. You will be part of the haart offices you work within helping other EA negotiators secure sales and spotting deals. Must be self-motivated and reliable. Responsible for bringing out our applicant database and booking viewings for our new developments in every office they will be covering. To accompany viewings where relevant. To be able to update the Rosie system with regards to uploading instructions.
