Responsibilities
* Recruiting and training new employees
* Adhering to allergy procedures and food preferences
* Working with the Executive and Head Chef on developing new menu options
* Collaborating to ensure the food offering is seasonal, relevant and appealing
* Maintaining in-depth health and safety standards in line with HACCP
What We Are Looking For
* 3-4 years’ experience in a busy high-profile kitchen
* Team player who communicates well with colleagues
* Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
* Sense of urgency
* "Yes, yes, yes" mentality
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Genuine passion for food and beverage
* Flexible and available to work both opening and closing shifts when required
