Job Overview
To provide efficient administrative support across both residential lettings and block (leasehold) property management functions. The role ensures properties are managed in compliance with current UK legislation, supports landlords and leaseholders, and assists in maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Property Management Administration
* Maintain accurate tenancy and property records on internal systems.
* Arrange statutory compliance certificates (Gas Safety, EICR, EPC).
* Monitor expiry dates and ensure renewals are completed on time.
* Log maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with contractors.
* Obtain and record contractor quotes for approval.
* Support end-of-tenancy processes, including deposit returns and checkout documentation.
* Process tenant applications, referencing, and Right to Rent checks.
* Register deposits with approved tenancy deposit schemes within statutory timeframes.
* Issue prescribed information and required documentation to tenants.
* Assist with property listings, marketing details, and uploading to portals.
* Coordinate move-in and move-out appointments.
Block Management Administration
* Provide administrative support to the Block Manager for residential developments.
* Maintain leaseholder records and update management systems.
* Assist with service charge administration, including raising demands and recording payments.
* Support preparation and distribution of service charge budgets and accounts.
* Coordinate maintenance and repairs in communal areas.
* Liaise with contractors regarding works to communal areas.
* Assist with arranging site inspections and recording findings.
* Organise insurance documentation and policy renewals for managed blocks.
* Handle general leaseholder enquiries.
