Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:
The Product coordinator is required to deliver the following key tasks:
* Managing the product life cycle: monitor and collect the product life cycle process and milestones, be good at system process handling.
* Analysing markets and identifying trends: collect information from the markets and generate reports to the product team for strategy guideline.
* Planning promotions: be the owner to monitor the time line and status of product promotion prerequisites, cooperate with different teams to make promotion release happen smoothly.
* Tracking product performance: collect the feedback from the markets, generate requirement report and hand over to R&D.
* Maintain efficient communication with the headquarters in terms of new product lines and other technical issues, ensuring the problem can be solved timely by integrating sources.
Key Attributes:
* Experience in managing multi tasks and arrange them in a smooth condition.
* Strong knowledge of data analysis including the tools to be used.
* Ability to work autonomously with confidence and set a clear direction for strategic work streams.
* The ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical specialists. With the ability to influence and generate buy-in across the organisation.
* Proven ability to handle, analyse and synthesise qualitative and quantitative data to suggest decisions.
* Good customer service skills and communication skills.
