Randstad Student Support is seeking Specialist Mentors to assist autistic students at universities and colleges in Essex. Undergraduates who struggle to learn due to a variety of mental health concerns can receive support from a mentor. In order to support college and university students who are struggling with mental health issues or disabilities, we are now hiring Specialist Mentors in Essex. This hybrid function is anticipated to launch on September 1, 2025, the first day of the new academic year. Because of the nature of the position, all selected candidates must be able to visit the nearby university or college and provide flexible scheduling for both in-person and online sessions in order to accommodate student preferences. As a Specialist Mentor, you would be a trusted advisor for students. You will be required to assist students throughout the full academic year. You will help students to reflect on their experiences in study as well as introducing strategies to overcome certain barriers.
