Key Responsibilities:
* Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
* Maintain accurate purchase ledger records and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Assist with month-end closing and reporting activities.
* Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a purchase ledger role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
* Studying towards AAT qualification is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
