Your Responsibilities
* Enabling people with learning impairments to live life on their own terms – freedom, choice and dignity
* Person‑centred assistance with daily living, personal care and community excursions
* Building real, trustworthy relationships with the people you support and their families
* Fun hobbies, social activities and fresh experiences – every day is different
* Medication support under advice from our professional nursing team
* Maintain accurate and clear records and communication to the wider team
What We Are Looking For
* A real desire for helping others and doing good
* Patience, kindness and a good sense of humour
* Reliability – individuals we support rely on you
* The desire to learn, progress and accept new challenges
* Excellent communication skills and team player mentality
* Full UK driving licence would be a plus but is not essential
