Fresh Direct Sales Manager - Home/Field Based - Manchester Area
Salary 40k-42k (dependent on experience) Plus Commission OTE £50k -£65K

What you will be doing:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, while consistently identifying and converting new business opportunities.
* Report weekly on performance, progress, and key challenges.
* Work with the commercial team to set and implement pricing strategies to meet/exceed margin expectations.
* Track KPIs against sales targets and lead regular performance reviews.
* Collaborate with depot operations and transport teams to ensure an excellent end-to-end customer experience.
About you:
* Strong ability to both "hunt" for new business and "farm" existing relationships.
* Effective across all internal departments and external stakeholders.
* Confident with sales data, budgets, and margin analysis.
* Driven, positive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
