Campaign & Brand Manager – 37.5 hours per week
Starting salary £43,003 per annum, with room to develop and progress through the pay grade banding to £48,653 on a competency based framework.
We are looking for a creative and strategic Campaign & Brand Manager to lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of integrated marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing Keech Hospice’s brand identity, ensuring it is consistently applied across all communications.
Working closely with the Digital Channel Manager and Digital Officer / Digital Content Producer, you will provide strategic leadership and line management for the Marketing Officer and Marketing Administrator, guiding campaign delivery across multiple channels including PR, media, social media, and email marketing
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns aligned with Keech Hospice’s strategic objectives.
* Maintain and enhance the organisation’s brand identity across all marketing and communications.
* Provide line management and professional development for the Marketing Officer and Marketing Admin.
* Lead PR, media relations, and case study development to showcase our work.
* Oversee campaign performance monitoring and reporting, adjusting strategies to meet objectives.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure internal communications and campaigns are integrated effectively
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in managing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
* Strong understanding of brand management and creative direction.
* Experience in PR, media relations, and case study development.
* Line management experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
* Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and email campaigns.
