Pay: Days – £15.13 per hour; Early and Late shifts – £16.86 per hour

Assembly Operative Overview

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Operative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong quality inspection skills and experience with hand tools. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient assembly of products within a manufacturing environment, contributing to the overall success of production.

Shifts

39 hours per week + possible overtime.

• Days: Mon‑Thurs and Friday with a 20‑minute break.
• Rotating fortnightly schedule Monday‑Thursday (including Friday).

The Assembly Operative Role

• Work in the assembly department, assembling various products.
• Quality inspection.
• Use various hand tools.
• Work within a team and resolve any assembly issues that may arise.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Work to strict targets and deadlines.
• Previous production/assembly experience in a manufacturing organisation is preferred.
