This role focuses on the 180-recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management) while supporting hiring managers across the business to attract and secure top talent. You’ll play a key role in ensuring an efficient recruitment process, delivering an excellent candidate experience, and helping the organisation meet its hiring goals during a busy period of growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full 180 recruitment process: advertising, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and coordinating offers. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide advice on market insights, job descriptions, and recruitment best practices. Proactively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals. Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability.
