Reservations & Ticketing Agent (Mandarin Speaking)Central London – Office Based If you enjoy the pace of airline reservations, love getting fares right the first time, and want to work for a global travel company supporting a major international airline client, this could be a great next step.A global travel company is looking for an experienced Reservations & Ticketing Agent to join their London team. You’ll be working in a multicultural environment, handling bookings, ticketing, passenger support and detailed reporting. Fluent Mandarin (spoken, read and written) is essential for this role.What you’ll be doing:• Handling reservation calls from passengers and travel trade• Creating bookings, processing changes, issuing and reissuing tickets and EMDs• Managing invoices, payments and strict reporting procedures• Completing daily and monthly sales reports and reconciliations• Supporting customers over the phone and face to face• Handling reissues, upgrades, reroutes and group bookings• Liaising with local and overseas teams for the airline clientWhat we’re looking for:• Fluent Mandarin (speak, read, write)• Minimum two years’ airline reservations and ticketing experience• Strong Amadeus skills including fares, e-ticketing and manual fare builds• Excellent communication and customer service abilities• Calm, professional and detail focused• Confident using Word, Excel and Outlook• Strong teamwork and timemanagement skillsWhat you’ll get:37.5 hour week, office based21 days holiday rising to 25, plus bank holidaysLife and medical insurancePensionEmployee Assistance ProgrammeSpacious modern office in central LondonSupportive, multicultural team environmentIf you’re passionate about aviation and enjoy a role where accuracy and customer care really matter, I’d love to hear from you.Email your CV to or call quoting reference 60553.
