Job Overview
A Band 3 Health Care Assistant is required to join the Adult Inpatient Service at the Derwent Centre, Princess Alexandra Hospital, Harlow. The role involves providing patient care in an in‑patient environment and requires participation in a flexible rostering arrangement to deliver 24‑hour care, seven days a week, throughout the year.
Responsibilities
* Assist the professional team in delivering patient care.
* Implement and support the evaluation of individual plans of care under the supervision of a qualified team member.
* Work independently and perform tasks without direct supervision when required.
* Participate in a flexible rostering arrangement to provide 24‑hour care.
