How you'll make an impact Supervising and guiding team members to ensure strict compliance with Service Level Agreements. Approving claims settlements within your designated financial authority. Ensuring that the team is well-versed in Service Instructions and Policy Wordings. Liaising with clients to ensure their specific requirements are met, attending review meetings as necessary. Providing comprehensive training and facilitating the professional development of your team in alignment with the Gallagher Bassett Learning & Development Prospectus. Ensuring timely completion of the appraisal process. Promptly addressing and resolving any complaints. Ensuring adherence to diary procedures to maintain accurate reserves and achieve a 1:1 closing ratio. Managing solicitors in litigated cases to ensure compliance with litigation standards. Assisting the Branch Manager in general office administration to ensure smooth operations. Actively participating in the Gallagher Bassett training programme. Complying with all Gallagher Bassett and office procedures. Performing any other duties as required by Gallagher Bassett. About you Previous experience as a Team Leader within a regulated environment, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a structured and compliant setting. A strong commitment to supporting and encouraging exceptional client service, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded. Proven technical expertise and knowledge within the scope of the manager's responsibilities, enabling you to effectively guide and mentor your team. A clear understanding of Gallagher Bassett's Best Practices and a relentless drive to achieve them consistently. Excellent listening skills, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. The ability to create a positive work environment, treating others with respect, taking responsibility for developing team members, and inspiring them to perform at their highest potential. A thorough knowledge and understanding of Gallagher Bassett's business objectives, coupled with the ability to make sound decisions and execute them effectively. A proactive approach to learning and development, actively seeking out opportunities for growth and improvement. You will be expected to study and obtain CII qualifications in line with Gallagher Bassett's Learning and Development Policies.
