We are representing our client in their search for a dedicated Vehicle Parts Administrator. Key Duties:
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries both in person and via phone in a professional manner
* Raise T-cards for all bookings and create jobs to ensure efficient workflow
* Obtain order numbers, including work authorisation and providing regular progress updates
* Process and verify retail invoice costs, ensuring parts are correctly loaded and invoiced
* Receive, validate, record, and allocate parts and consumables from suppliers accurately
* Manage customer queries promptly via email, maintaining high levels of customer service standards
* Perform general administrative tasks related to parts and dealership operations
* Liaise with manufacturers for warranty authorisation, with knowledge of automotive warranty procedures advantageous
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a customer service role within the automotive industry is essential, ideally in a dealership environment
* Experience in a similar Vehicle Parts Administrator role, particularly involving commercial vehicles, is highly desirable
* Strong organisational skills and IT proficiency are required; experience with Kerridge/Keyloop DMS is a plus
* Exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service
* Ability to work effectively within a team and demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
