We're seeking a proactive Finance Assistant to support our Finance Manager and help keep our accounts running smoothly. What you’ll be doing: Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) duties Performing bank reconciliations and checking receipts Supporting month-end processes Assisting with general finance tasks as required Using Excel (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) to analyse and manage financial data What we’re looking for: Previous experience in a finance/accounts role Strong Excel skills – comfortable with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and general data handling Good attention to detail and organisational skills Someone who’s happy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment A collaborative approach – you’ll be supporting the Finance Manager and wider team What we offer: Salary up to £30,000 Hybrid working – 2 days from home per week Excellent opportunity for career development and progression Chance to join on a temporary basis with strong potential to become permanent Be part of a reputable, consumer-recognised brand group
