Transport is a service going through significant change to ensure that it can deliver first class transport operations, vehicle maintenance and fleet management services to our internal and external customers.
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, committed and competent person to join our team in the vehicle workshop as a front-line customer services receptionist.
We are introducing new systems for the future and need to maintain the standard of services currently provided whilst these are being implemented, to support this we have a permanent post for an individual who is looking for a challenge and opportunity to apply their skills in an arena of cutting-edge change.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, confident and have experience in the use of IT systems to support service delivery and have excellent customer liaison skills to deliver on the wide-ranging objectives required in the post.
Our services operate between the hours of 6.00am to 6.00pm and you will be required to work an alternating shift pattern between those times.
