What You’ll Be Doing
* Participate, where appropriate in sharing good practice either to individuals or the team to maintain quality of hairdressing within the salon.
* Promote a professional attitude at all times within the salon and to support a positive team ethic with colleagues.
* Ensure the wellbeing of clients is maintained at all times.
* Maintain safe working practices.
* Maintain an efficiently run salon in the absence of the manager.
* Observe Health and Safety procedures and Safe working practices.
* Observe company policies.
What We’re Looking For
* To hold a minimum Level 3 hairdressing qualification.
* A commitment to undertake any mandatory training relevant to the role.
* To have knowledge in Loreal products – Desirable.
