Job Description:
As a Play & Café Supervisor, you will:
* Welcome families, handle bookings, and manage payments.
* Oversee children in the play area and sensory rooms, ensuring safety, fun, and inclusion.
* Prepare and serve hot & cold drinks, snacks, and light food.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the café, kitchen, toilets, sensory rooms, and play areas.
* Keep the venue safe, tidy, and well-stocked.
* Deliver excellent customer service, supporting children and parents.

Requirements:
Must-Have:
* Experience working with children (paid, voluntary, or personal).
* Commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
* Reliability and ability to take initiative.
* Friendly, approachable, and confident with children and adults.
Preferred:
* Café, hospitality, or customer service experience (training provided if needed).
* Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate (training provided if needed).
* Interest or experience in children's cognitive, behavioural, or sensory play.
* Full UK driving licence if interested in growth opportunities that involve off-site work.
