Conveyancing Legal Secretary – South Ayrshire – £28,000-£32,000 DOE
We're working with a long-established, multi-service law firm in South Ayrshire looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to support their property department.
Responsibilities
* Providing full secretarial support to solicitors handling residential conveyancing matters
* Preparing and managing legal documentation, including missives, title deeds and dispositions
* Communicating with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties
* Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate case records
* Ensuring deadlines are met and transactions progress efficiently
Requirements
* Prior experience in a conveyancing support or legal secretary role
* Fast and accurate typing with strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
* A professional, friendly and proactive approach
