What you’ll be doing Working closely with one child/small group of children to help them access learning Supporting their social and emotional development Adapting activities so they can take part confidently Working with the class teacher and SENCO to keep things consistent What we’re looking for Someone warm, reliable and great with children A team player who’s happy to learn new strategies SEN experience is a bonus, but not essential What we offer A friendly, supportive staff team Training and guidance from experienced colleagues A role where you genuinely make a difference every day Working Hours 8.30am to 3.30pm with half an hour unpaid lunch break.
