The Role
You’ll deliver high-quality occupational health services, supporting employees and employers with expert, practical advice to promote wellbeing and sustainable return to work.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Conducting 5 OH assessments per day
* Producing clear, concise fitness‑for‑work reports within SLA
* Managing a range of case types including:
o Management referrals
o Active care referrals
o Work health assessments
o Advice calls and follow‑ups
* Providing guidance to employers on rehabilitation and absence management
* Supporting clinical input for client relationships and new business where needed
* Ensuring compliance with KPIs, ISO and SQOHS standards
* Participating in team meetings and ongoing knowledge sharing
About You
* Qualified in Occupational Health (Degree or Diploma)
* Registered with the NMC (ideally Part 3)
* Current experience as an Occupational Health Advisor
* Strong report writing and communication skills
* Comfortable working in a structured, KPI‑driven environment
* Proactive, organised and confident managing your own workload
