Job Summary
The Cleanroom Operative is responsible for performing various tasks within a controlled cleanroom environment, ensuring that components are assembled, inspected, and packaged in accordance with strict cleanliness and quality standards.
!! The successful candidate MUST have 1+ years of experience working in a cleanroom environment !!
Key Responsibilities
* Work in a cleanroom environment to assemble, inspect, and package aerospace components, following detailed work instructions and quality standards.
* Handle materials and components using appropriate cleanroom techniques, including the use of gloves, gowns, masks, and other protective gear.
* Perform visual inspections of components for defects, contamination, or damage, using microscopes or other magnification tools as required.
* Clean and maintain workstations, tools, and equipment to meet cleanroom cleanliness standards.
* Adhere to strict protocols for entering and exiting the cleanroom, including proper gowning procedures and airlock usage in line with FOD.
* Work with quality control and engineering teams to resolve any issues related to component cleanliness or assembly.
* Participate in regular cleanroom training sessions and stay up to date with the latest cleanroom procedures and best practices.
* Assist in the continuous improvement of cleanroom processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations specific to cleanroom operations.
Requirements
* 1+ years of experience working in a cleanroom environment, preferably in the aerospace, or pharmaceutical industries.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
* Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and contamination control practices.
* Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, and technical documents.
* Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small and delicate components.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work in a cleanroom suit.
Working Hours and Benefits
Hours: Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, 07:15am-17:00pm
