The role of Estate Technicianwill include:
1. Clearing and cleaning void properties
2. Removal of bulk waste
3. Grass cutting, litter picking and garden salvage
4. Carrying out compliance checks
5. Completing daily work records and maintaining stock levels
6. Ensuring tools and equipment are kept in a useable condition
7. Providing accurate information and updates on the progress of allocated work
Skills and experiences:
8. Working knowledge of health and safety regulations
9. Excellent time management skills
10. Previous experience in a domestic / cleaning environment
11. This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence

22. £25,459 per annum (rising to £26,799 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
