It would be desirable for candidates to have:
* Positive thinking and self-motivation

* A hands-on approach to solving issues
* Previous experience as a pork butcher or meat processor in Food Manufacturing
* Advanced knife handling skills
* Manual handling
In your role you will:
* Cut, bone and trim meat (Pork)
* Accurately cut and weigh meat to meet predetermined weight and size specifications
* Ensure product is processed according to Customer Specifications
* Safely operate machinery including band saws
* Comply with Company policies, Health and Safety and Food Safety Standards at all the times, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
