We are looking for a highly organised individual to join this well-established company on a temporary to permanent basis. Someone with sales order processing would be idea as this is a fast-paced role. Role responsibilities : * Processing sales orders * Arranging deliveries. * Liaising with warehouse / branches as well as manufacturing plant in Japan for production lead-time and shipment schedules. * Handling enquiries and complaints from UK distributors and OEM customers (Original Equipment Manufacturing). * Assisting Sales Engineers on quotation, stocktakes, administrative work like processing sales and provide information support. * Admin and filing Excellent telephone manner * Accurate typing skills Good MS Excel skills Quality Personnel acting as an Employment Agency & Business (rated as one of the top 3 Agencies in Milton Keynes for the 5th year running!).
