A social housing provider in Sheffield is looking foran Estate Assistant/Caretaker to join their team on a long term temp/temp to perm basis.
Mon-Friday, 8-4, 37 hours per week.
Driving license required
Desirable but non-essential qualifications:
1. Horticulture qualification
2. PA1/PA6 Spraying tickets
3. NPTC tickets
Job details:
4. Grounds maintenance & cleaning work mainly onmunal areas for social housing estates and blocks of flats.
5. Grass cutting
6. Hedge trimming
7. Strimming
8. Litter picking
9. Jet washing
10. Mopping
11. Sweeping
12. Must be fortable working in a public facing role and handling queries from tenants on site.
13. Strong understanding of health & safety.
14. Use of a variety of grounds maintenance tools and equipment
