Head of Resourcing, Sales at Cavendish Maine
Due to planned growth our client is looking to strengthen its sales force with the key appointment of a Sales Professional to cover London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Berkshire, Essex, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is seeking a long‑term career within the kitchen sector to join this respected market leader. The company will train and develop you within the Kitchen sector. You will be responsible for developing sales of a variety of kitchen products to kitchen showrooms, merchant and DIY retail customers.
You will be required to establish a close working relationship with key customers at all levels, and work closely with your distribution base to manage the supply chain for ongoing projects.
A comprehensive training and development programme will be offered to the successful applicant by the company.

Key Skills / Experience Required
Ideally you will have the following skills:
* Experienced field sales professional who has sold into the KBB market, predominantly to Kitchen Retailers and showrooms. Applications from candidates from the DIY, Bathroom and Electrical sectors are welcomed.
* Well versed in managing a patch and working autonomously, able to organise your diary and develop the territory.
* Excellent communication skills, able to travel and present new products and promotions to customers, and be adept at working both independently and with a team.
Collaborative in approach – a team player, end‑goal focused, persistent, able to work towards longer‑term objectives, strong verbal ability, organized, self‑motivated, numerate and analytical, able to work autonomously and in a team environment.
