Prospero Teaching are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Tutor/Mentor to support a 15-year-old learner in Dorchester (DT1) for 15 hours per week. This role combines Functional Skills support in Maths and English with mentoring, focusing on emotional development and personalised learning. As a Tutor, you will: Deliver engaging and accessible Functional Skills Maths and English sessions. Build a trusting and consistent relationship with the learner. Support emotional development through structured mentoring activities. About You: Experience working with young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs. Confident in delivering Functional Skills Maths and English. Skilled in mentoring and emotional support. Patient, empathetic, and committed to personalised learning.
