Clinical Deputy Manager – Nursing & Dementia Care Location: Sheffield Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 DOE – 45 hours per week, includes weekends on a rota I’m working in partnership with one of Sheffield’s most respected care providers to recruit a Clinical Deputy Manager for a well-established and highly regarded nursing home. About the Role: As Clinical Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Home Manager in all aspects of care delivery and operational leadership. You’ll be responsible for: Monitoring clinical standards and ensuring outstanding care is consistently delivered Leading and mentoring nursing and care staff, including rota planning Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care plans in line with residents’ changing needs Acting as a key contact for residents, families, and health professionals Stepping into leadership in the absence of the Home Manager Occasionally covering clinical shifts (day or night) when needed About You: We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on nurse leader who genuinely wants to make a difference in the lives of residents and staff.
