Learning & Development Officer
22.5 hours per week (over 3 days)
£30,346 – £32,951 pro rata

We’re looking for a Learning & Development Officer to support our staff, volunteers and Trustees to build the skills, confidence and knowledge they need to deliver safe, effective and person‑centred support across Chrysalis.
This is a hands‑on, rewarding role where you’ll deliver engaging training, champion professional development and help embed a strong learning culture throughout the organisation.
What you’ll be doing
* Delivering engaging training sessions, including induction, mandatory and refresher training
* Supporting staff to develop their skills and progress in their roles
* Identifying learning needs and contributing to development plans
* Coordinating training programmes and working with external providers
* Supporting access to recognised qualifications
* Monitoring training compliance and maintaining accurate records
* Contributing to continuous improvement in care quality through learning
What we’re looking for
* Experience in learning & development, training or a care environment
* Understanding of training requirements in a regulated care setting (or willingness to learn)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* A collaborative, approachable style and ability to build strong relationships
* A genuine commitment to improving outcomes for the people we support
