About the Role:
Our client is a globally recognised brand looking for a results-driven Campaign Manager to lead conversational and live commerce initiatives across multiple European markets. You'll create and deliver data-led chat strategies and manage live shopping pilots to drive online engagement and sales.
You’ll work with cross-functional teams—including digital marketing, CRM, agencies, and local market teams—to craft the right message for the right moment. Your focus will be on improving customer experience, boosting conversion, and shaping the future of eCommerce in real time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver chat campaigns that drive conversion and upsell.
* Use insights and customer behaviour to personalise proactive messaging.
* Lead pilot Live Commerce events and manage the content calendar.
* Analyse performance and continually optimise messaging and event formats.
* Coordinate across multiple teams and markets for campaign execution.
What You’ll Bring:
* 3+ years in digital marketing, eCommerce or online sales
* Experience with live commerce
* Experience managing chat platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Zendesk, Intercom)
* A data-driven mindset and creative approach to customer engagement
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Passion for digital innovation and online customer journeys
