As the Front of House Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers for a lovely medium sized law firm. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism Manage incoming calls, emails, and post Maintain the reception area to a high standard Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings Liaise with partners and support staff to ensure smooth client flow Handle basic administrative tasks (e.g. scanning, filing, data entry) Assist with hospitality (e.g. refreshments for meetings) Monitor office supplies and coordinate with suppliers Person Specification Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role ideally within legal settings Immaculate presentation and a professional demeanour Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel Office Angels is an employment agency and business.
