Access Talent Group are currently recruiting for a Principal Civil Engineer within the Water sector in Newcastle.
We are looking for a Principal Civil Engineer with experience in Infrastructure, Non-Infrastructure, or both to join a dynamic team, supporting the delivery of a variety of projects as part of a major capital investment programme. You will be responsible for the technical delivery of the project team, developing and drawing on the wider technical network to maximize innovation. You will provide technical expertise to ensure that projects are delivered to cost, schedule, technical, and quality standards to meet client expectations, while also taking responsibility for the management and mentoring of junior engineers within the team.

Key Attributes
* Minimum 10 years UK Consultancy Design Experience
* Chartership CEng or CIWEM qualification preferred
* Experience with Infrastructure Water networks, Non-Infrastructure Asset design, or both
* Degree qualified with a relevant qualification within the Water engineering space
* Mentor and manage junior engineers within the team
* Software Experience – Civil 3D, AutoCAD, ICM InfoWorks, InfoWorks WS, Synergy
* Hybrid working – 3 days a week in the office
