Job Description
3. Coordinate and manage scholar services to ensure a seamless experience for all participants.
4. Develop and implement strategies to enhance scholar support and engagement.
5. Collaborate with internal departments to deliver tailored programmes and services.
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all scholar-related activities.
7. Act as a point of contact for scholar enquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions.
8. Organise events and workshops to promote scholar development and community-building.
9. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of scholar services, suggesting improvements as needed.
10. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and external regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Scholar Services Manager should have:
11. Proven experience in managing services or programmes within the not-for-profit sector.
12. Experience working at Oxford University and within Admissions.
13. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities effectively.
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
15. Proficiency in using relevant software tools and databases for record-keeping and reporting.
16. A proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset to address challenges efficiently.
