Key Responsibilities :
* Open your section and ensure you are ready for service
* Ability to run several sections
* Prepare dishes in line with company specs at all times
* Strive to meet ticket times and communicate effectively where you are unable to.
* Support the Senior Chef on duty to ensure a smooth service
* Prep food in line with prep lists
* Close down / hand over section clean and tidy with full prep list written
* Always be health and safety, and food safety Compliant, following all procedures and policies in every aspect
* Undertaking any reasonable management requests
* Treat everyone with respect and remain calm at all times
Required Qualifications & Experience :
* Experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication skills
* Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks
* A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction
