An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful accountancy firm based in North Wales and the Northwest of England. The company have over 15 locations in this region.

The role will be busy and varied, overseeing a Team of Graduate and Trainee Accountants/Bookkeepers and monitoring workflow.

You will monitor and oversee a CRM system which will track the following:-

* Monitor Workflow

* Deal with complaints

* Monitor Flow of Information

* Monitoring Targets

* Some HR duties such as monitoring holidays/sickness

* Overseeing training budget/CPD’s

* Note Taking

* Chasing up on projects

* Overseeing the recruitment workflow liaising with the external agent

* Predicting future issues

* Pre-empting planning strategy alongside management team

* Health & Safety

Using the CRM you will oversee Reports on the following:-

* Credit Control

* Client Communications

* Phone Calls

* Letters

* Targets

* Production Rates

* Scheduling Holidays

* Contracts

* Assisting with Payroll

You will also have the opportunity to develop with CPD qualifications in areas of interest, to develop your career for your benefit and that of the business.
