Smart Teachers are currently recruiting for all Secondary-based ECTs across West London. We work with a number of schools who are looking to interview ECTs for September 2025 starts.
About the role
You will be expected to partner with our secondary schools based in West London, either on a long-term supply basis or on a permanent basis. We will support you in preparing for interviews with our schools and securing the best roles and support for you.
About the school
The schools we work with range from busy mainstream schools to smaller independent schools. These schools have the best interests of ECTs at heart and offer excellent programmes to support your early career development. If you prefer a more relaxed option, we can place you long-term on a flexible basis to enable you to experience different schools within the school year or try a school for a full academic year before committing to a permanent role.

* Hold QTS or QTLS
* Have a degree or equivalent qualification
* Be compassionate, understanding, and caring
