are currently assisting an independent private dental practice in North West London to recruit an experienced Dental Practice Manager for a permanent full-time opportunity.

2. Monday to Friday: 8:45am – 5:45pm
3. Alternate Saturdays required (with a day off in the week)
4. Salary from £40,000 per annum depending on experience
5. Immediate start available

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, supporting business growth, team development, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
8. Overseeing daily operational management of the practice
9. Ensuring systems and procedures run effectively and efficiently
10. Leading, motivating, and developing the practice team
11. Managing HR duties and practice compliance
12. Monitoring KPIs, P&L performance, and stock control
13. Supporting marketing initiatives and patient feedback processes
14. Increasing private revenue and treatment uptake
15. Working closely with the Treatment Coordinator (TCO)
16. Improving treatment conversion and patient journey performance through coaching and process improvement
About You
17. Minimum 2 years’ UK dental practice management experience
18. Strong leadership and communication skills
19. Patient-focused, organised, and self-motivated
20. Experience within a private dental setting preferred
21. Confident managing team performance and operational targets
22. Valid DBS required
