FryerMiles are looking for an experienced Interim Finance Project Accountant to support a fast-growing, technology-led business operating in digital assets and decentralised systems.
This is a hands-on contract role focused on digital assets accounting, finance process improvement, and FY25 audit readiness, working closely with senior finance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support implementation of a digital assets accounting platform (UAT, testing, issue resolution).
2. Complete FY25 digital wallet reconciliations and prepare audit-ready working papers.
3. Support audit preparation and R&D tax credit processes.
4. Implement digital assets governance controls and documentation.
5. Resolve legacy ERP issues (e.g. FX revaluation, MTD).
6. Improve finance operations, automation, and month-end reporting.
Key Requirements
7. Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) or QBE.
8. Strong experience in digital assets / crypto accounting and wallet reconciliations.
9. Audit-focused mindset with strong reconciliations and controls experience.
10. Comfortable in fast-paced, changeable environments.
11. NetSuite (or similar ERP) experience preferred.
